Institutional Repository of Advocate Health - Midwest: SelectedWorks Profiles

The SelectedWorks section of the repository contains profiles where individual authors and medical education programs can highlight their scholarly works.

Group profiles work well for residency and fellowship programs. Individual trainees do not receive their own profiles because they rotate frequently. Individual profiles or group profiles are available for faculty, depending on the volume of scholarly output.

The Library hosts and maintains these profiles, updating them on an ongoing basis or when notified of new publications. Individual faculty and program delegates are also invited to customize their own profiles using the SelectedWorks Guide for Authors. Please submit works to SHARE before adding them to any profiles.

To request a group faculty or resident/fellow SelectedWorks profile, please fill out this form. It is important that you have the following information gathered before you begin. Please note that the form must be be completed in one session, so allow at least 10 minutes to do so.

1. List of all current program faculty [.pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, .xls, .xslx, .ods / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
2. List of all current program residents or fellows [.pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, .xls, .xslx, .ods / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
3. List of recent scholarly activity from your program (within the last year) [.pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, .xls, .xslx, .ods / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
4. High resolution image files for SelectedWorks profile(s) [.jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png, .svg, .ico / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
