To borrow a book when the library is unstaffed, please follow these directions:

Option 1: Use a smartphone to fill out this form

OR

Option 2:  Find the white/green checkout card in the front or back of the book. Fill out a print registration form at the desk if this is your first time borrowing an item. 

• PRINT the date, your name, and your employee ID on the card. 
• Place the card (and registration form) in the red basket in the round table or slide them under the librarian's office door.
