• From the main entrance, take the lobby elevators to the 3rd floor.
• Exit the elevator and turn right.
• Follow the hallway past the atrium on your right and cardiac services on your left. 
• The library is on the right, next to a family lounge and just before the patient rooms. 

• Access 24/7 to teammates with an Aurora Grafton badge. 
• Open to Advocate Health - Midwest teammates and affiliated staff.
• Physical library is staffed Monday-Tuesday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.*
• Virtual service is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.*

To borrow a book when the library is unstaffed, please follow these directions:

Option 1: Use a smartphone to fill out this form

Option 2: Find the white checkout card in the front of back of the book.

• PRINT the date, your name, and your email address on the card.
• Slide the card under the librarian's office door.

Please return your books to the book drop, located outside the library doors.
