Library Locations

• Enter at the Medical Office Building 1 entrance (2901 W. Kinnickinnic River Pkwy.)
• Take the elevator to the lower level.
• Turn right when exiting the elevator and follow the hallway around the corner.
• At the next corner, turn left (towards cafeteria) and you'll see the library entrance on your right (Suite LL01).

• Access 24/7 to teammates with an Aurora St. Luke's badge.
• Open to Advocate Health - Midwest Region teammates and affiliated staff.
• Physical library is staffed Monday-Wednesday, 8 a.m.-4:00 p.m.*
• Virtual service is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

This library has two conference rooms that can be reserved, Billings Study Room and Sperry Study Room. These private rooms in the library are intended for small meetings, confidential work-related phone calls, or short-term private study. The space can be reserved by Advocate Health - Midwest practitioners, staff, and students.

Reserve a Library Room

To borrow a book when the library is unstaffed, please follow these directions:

Option 1: Use a smartphone to fill out this form

OR

Option 2:  Find the white/green checkout card in the front or back of the book. Fill out a print registration form at the desk if this is your first time borrowing an item. 

• PRINT the date and your first and last name on the white/green card. 
• Place the white/green card (and registration form) in the back of the wooden box at the front desk.

Please return your books to the book drop which is located to the right of the library's main entrance door.
