Librarians play a critical role in improving research, education, and the quality of health care and I'm pleased to lead the Advocate Health - Midwest Library team in this endeavor. I direct the programs in the Library in order to serve the integrated knowledge-based health information needs of our clientele supporting education, scholarly activity, quality improvement, best operational practices, research, and the provision of excellent care.
