Both SHARE and associated SelectedWorks profiles are searchable and an excellent way to find potential opportunities for interdisciplinary and geographically diverse collaboration.
This page will provide some options for finding teammates with projects and research interests that align with your own.
1. Go to SHARE and use Search box in upper left corner to begin search. Advanced Search options are also available.
2. Enter search terms (keep it broad to begin with) and click Search to view results.
3. View list of scholarly works that pertain to your search terms. Click into individual works to learn more, or use the filters along the left side of the screen to further narrow your results by discipline, keywords, publication year, and more.
4. If you find an author that seems to align with your own research, you can click their name in the work to find a listing of all their works in SHARE. You can also click the "Follow" button beside their name to receive notifications whenever new works are added for this individual.
5. Alternatively, you can browse the Subjects/Specialties page of the repository to see all works by Advocate Health - Midwest teammates pertaining to a medical specialty.

2. Use the Search box at the top of the screen to search by medical specialty or research interest. Once again, keep your search fairly broad.
3. View list of profiles that pertain to your search terms. Click into individual profiles to learn more, or use the filters along the right side of the screen to further narrow your results by discipline, research interest, position, and more.
4. You can also view all SelectedWorks profiles by clicking Explore All SelectedWorks and limiting your results using the filters on the right.
