Getting Started

If you believe your graduate medical education program would benefit from inclusion in SHARE and/or Pure, please complete our set up form.

It is important that you have the following information gathered before you begin. Please note that the form must be completed in one session, so allow at least 10 minutes to do so.

  • List of all current program faculty [.pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, .xls, .xslx, .ods / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
  • List of all current program residents or fellows [.pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, .xls, .xslx, .ods / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
  • List of recent scholarly activity from your program (within the last year) [.pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .txt, .xls, .xslx, .ods / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
  • High resolution image files for Pure profile(s) [.jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png, .svg, .ico / maximum file size of 100.0 MB]
  • Program descriptions for Pure program page(s)

The Library will get started on setting up your program in SHARE and Pure once you complete this form. We will reach out if we have any questions or need to set up a meeting to discuss further.
