Request a Literature Search

Need some help finding articles? Request a literature search and a librarian will search for articles on your topic.

Things to keep in mind if you request that a librarian search for articles:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to complete your search.
  • Tell us it's for journal club and if you have any specific requirements that are not listed on the literature search form.
  • Have a specific topic or clinical question in mind
    • Good example: does hourly rounding decrease falls
    • Not so good example: something interesting about cardiology
  • A librarian will send you a selection of articles on your topic, but you will need to review them all and select the best one
