1. Why can't I sign in?

Use your Advocate Health - Midwest Region email and SSO password to login. If you are having problems with your Advocate Health email account, submit a ticket in ServiceNow This link opens in a new window or call HIT.

2. How can I download titles?

Not all titles can be downloaded in your Libby app. Check your "Loans" to see if the titles you checked out can only be streamed. Find loans by tapping the book icon at the bottom of the screen. 

Loans with a card-and-checkmark icon Title status: Borrowed, tap to download button are downloaded on your device for offline use. Loans with a cloud icon Title status: Borrowed or Title status: Borrowed aren't downloaded on your device and will be streamed when you open them. These titles require an internet connection to read or listen to and don't take up space on your device..

3. How do I manage my library cards?

To add another card: 

  1. Click/tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select "Add Library" and search for the other library.
