Libby Overview

Advocate Health - Midwest Library now offers access to content in Libby, which is a leading platform for audio and eBooks. Our carefully curated collection of books is growing in number, and focuses on books about health, wellness and leadership.

With Libby, you can check out audio or eBooks and listen or read them on your phone, tablet, computer or most other smart devices. If you already have access to Libby through your public library, it's easy to add-on access to our library.

You can browse, check out and read books online at the link below, or you can use the Libby app on your mobile device.

Whether you are browsing the Libby website or using the Libby app, if you are asked to "Sign In With My Card," use your Advocate Health SSO credentials.

Learn how to use the Libby App in this short video.

Please note:

  • Our Libby subscription does not come with access to magazines, but you can browse our journal collection in BrowZine. View the BrowZine guide to learn more.

  • If you can't find a book you are looking for in Libby, it may be available in another eBook collection. Use the Quick Search, Find Books tab to discover more eBooks.
