Installing the AccessMedicine App

Follow these simple steps to use the app:

  • Open the App Store on your mobile device.
  • Search for "Access Medicine" and install at no charge.
  • Enter your My Access account username and password and start using the AccessMedicine App*!

*To activate and for continued access to the app, the user must have an active My Access account and sign in every 90 days on a computer connected to the Advocate Aurora network on-site or through a VPN.

Creating an AccessMedicine Account

Steps to create a MyAccess Account:

  1. While on an Advocate Aurora networked computer, go to the AccessMedicine
  2. Click “Sign In | Advocate Health - Midwest Library” found inside the drop-down box in the upper right-hand corner of any page. Once there, click “Sign in or Create a Free MyAccess Profile.” 
  3. Click on the “Create a Free MyAccess Profile” link. 
  4. Fill in the registration form under the heading, “Create a MyAccess profile.” 
  5. Press the "Create Profile" button. 
  6. The window will display a registration confirmation.
  7. You can now use these credentials to log into the AccessMedicine App.
