Information about the DynaMedex App

Before you download and install the DynaMedex app, you will need to register for a DynaMedex account. You can create a personal account by going to DynaMedex while on the Advocate Health network.  More information about creating a DynaMedex account is available in Advocate Health Sharepoint.
