On December 11, 2024, at 12:00 pm, librarians Liz Suelzer, Rita Mitchell, Jannette Bradley and Barb Ruggeri will provide a framework for evaluating Consensus AI. Consensus AI markets itself as the “AI search engine for research.” How does it measure up against conventional search platforms? What are the risks and benefits to the researcher? Participants will be provided a series of questions to explore the reliability and usefulness of the AI Application, librarians will demonstrate their findings, and all participants will join a discussion of how the tool measures up and how it can be used to make researchers’ work easier.
