As the Application Support Analyst, I implement, maintain, and look to improve the technologies used by Advocate Health - Midwest Library to ensure that library users are able to get access to the information they need. I also help Advocate Health - Midwest teammates with technological problems with accessing library resources and I liaise with Health Information Technology for library related technologies.
