Prescriber Insights, previously Prescriber's Letter: Earn CE/CME Credit

Learn how to use the Prescriber Insights website and app, earn CME credit, and find remote access options for Advocate Health - Midwest teammates

Information and Accreditation

Prescriber Insights provides quizzes, self-study, and webinars for pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physicians and other medical professionals. The creators of Prescriber Insights, TRC Healthcare, is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. You must be logged in to Prescriber Insights to earn credit.

Please note: Advocate Health - Midwest Library's subscription to Prescriber Insights includes access to the CE/CME and Training content. If you see a message on the Prescriber Insights website that says otherwise, login to the site by clicking the Login link in the top-right corner of the screen.


Use the directions below to create your account if you don't already have one. If you continue to have problems, contact us via chat or send us a message.

Create an Account

If you previously created a TRC Healthcare personal account in either NatMed (formerly Natural Medicines) or Prescriber Insights (formerly Prescriber's Letter), you can use that same username and password for both websites.

If you have not already created a TRC Healthcare account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Prescriber Insights or NatMed Pro. Note that you will need to log in to LibLynx with your Advocate Health single sign-on credentials for remote access if you are not on an Advocate Health network. 
  2. Select “Create Username” found in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter all the requested information, use your Advocate Health email address, and click “Next.”
  4. Create a username and password and click “Finish."

Use these credentials to log into your personal accounts in Natural Medicines and Prescriber Insights.

Claim Credit

Earn CE/CME credit by:

  1. Go to Prescriber Insights and login.
  2. Click on “GO TO CE/CME & TRAINING."
  3. Select an activity from the list provided. Information on the hours accredited by each certifying body will be listed on the enrollment window that pops up.
  4. Once the activity is completed, credits can be claimed in the “Completed” section of your CE/CME & Training dashboard.
