Registering for a Personal Account in EBSCO

This version of MEDLINE is on the EBSCO platform. If you have a username and password from using another EBSCO product (Health Business Elite, CINAHL), you can use those credentials for MEDLINE (EBSCO). Those that have not yet registered in EBSCO can create an account. 

Steps to create a Personal User Account in EBSCO:

  1. While on an Advocate Health - Midwest networked computer, go to MEDLINE (EBSCO).
  2. Click “Sign In” to access the log in page.
  3. Select “Sign up.”
  4. Enter all the requested information, using your Advocate Health - Midwest email address, and click “Create account.”
  5. You can now use these credentials to remotely log into MEDLINE (EBSCO).

To remotely log into the EBSCOhost platform, go to search.ebscohost.com.
