When we take care of our hearts as part of our self-care, we set an example for those around us to do the same. Friday, February 7th is National Wear Red Day. Sport your favorite red clothing and show your heart some love! Join us on National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease, the number 1 killer of women in the U.S. Devoting a little time every day to care for yourself can go a long way toward protecting your heart health.

February is Heart Month
