African American contributions to culture, science and civic life is celebrated in February. In recognition Advocate Aurora Library is promoting resources which can help providers better understand the health and health information needs of their Black patients, all year round!
The library has added a page to our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion guide that highlights Black health resources and focuses on various aspects of African American population health and contains references to improve care of diverse and heterogenous patients.
