We are aware that some people are having problems accessing library resources, including ClinicalKey, eBooks, journal articles, and databases such as CINAHL.
This problem appears to be happening for those who are working remotely and who have Zscaler installed on their computer.
One workaround is to connect to either the AnyConnect or WorksSpace VPNs, and then retry the resource links.
If you continue to have problems accessing library resources, please send an email to Liz Suelzer, Application Support Analyst for the Library. In your email, include the name of the resource you are trying to access and a link to the resource.
