The Advocate Aurora Library is happy to announce that Liv Baldwin, MSLIS, has transferred to the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital (LGH) Medical Library. Liv becomes the permanent site librarian as she assumes the position previously held by Samantha Loster who left in November 2022.
Liv has been with Advocate Aurora Health for 3 years, working as the site librarian at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Her research and professional interests include complementary and integrative health, pharmacy, and dermatology. She has a completed a Level II Consumer Health Information Specialization with the Medical Library Association.
Liv will continue the work she began with at IMMC with the System Health Literacy Task Force as well as the System Patient Education committee. She looks forward to getting to know the team members at LGH!
